Services
· All the tarot readings will be delivered virtually via phone. We will not be able to offer the service face-to-face or via video call.
The client can choose one of the following packages –
· Tarot Reading for 10 minutes - £22.22| 20 minutes - £33.33 | Tarot readings for 40 minutes - £55.55 | Tarot readings for 60 minutes - £77.77
· If a client wants to extend the reading beyond 20 or 40 minute mark please call back on +44 208 432 9457 or +1 332 699 4967 or +91 117 127 9553 and a member of the team will help you with the booking.
· Extension will be at the discretion and availability of the reader and will have to be paid for before the additional time starts.
· Extension will cost 10 minutes - £20.20 | 20 minutes - £30.30 | Tarot readings for 40 minutes - £50.50 | Tarot readings for 60 minutes - £75.75
· Payments for the reading will have to be made at or before the appointment. Reading will not be delivered until the payment is credited to the bank account.
Cancellation & Refund
· In case of any cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment. The cancellation request can be sent to the following email address – info@theworldofpsychics.com
· You could either request us to re-schedule the appointment (subject to availability of the reader) or request a refund.
· No refunds will be given if cancellation email is sent within 24 hours to the appointment.
· No refunds will be given in case of no show.
· We will not be able to refund or carry forward any minutes that are unused on the package purchased.
Privacy
· During the reading, the reader may ask for information such as your date of birth to deliver the services however, we do not store this information anywhere in written form.
· All the readings are private and confidential, we do not disclose information shared between you and the reader to any third party until it is required to do so by law or in case we feel there might be any threat/danger to you or a third party.
