Welcome to The World of Psychics. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Us

This website is operated by The World of Psychics (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide psychic, mediumship, tarot, and astrology consultations via phone and email.

All services are intended for adults aged 18+ and are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not replace professional advice such as legal, medical, financial, or mental health support.

2. Services

Consultations are offered strictly by phone or email.
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website.
Each consultant is an independent professional and responsible for their own services.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices are clearly stated on our website and may change at any time.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Gift cards and bundled minutes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment to qualify for a reschedule or refund.
No refunds are offered for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or for “no shows.”
If you feel no connection with your chosen reader, you may end the call within the first 3 minutes. We will either rebook you with another consultant or issue a refund/credit, at our discretion.
Sessions with Nish (PIN 4235) cannot be transferred to another reader. Instead, we may issue store credit to be used with another consultant.

5. Extensions

Call extensions are subject to consultant availability and must be paid for in advance.
Extension pricing is as follows:
For Nish (PIN 4035):
    •    15 minutes – £30.30
    •    30 minutes – £50.50
    •    45 minutes – £70.70
    •    60 minutes – £90.90
For other consultants:
    •    20 minutes – £30.30
    •    40 minutes – £50.50
    •    60 minutes – £75.75
Please keep an eye on the time you have booked for your consultation. If a reading continues beyond the original booked duration, the session will automatically be extended to the next applicable tier.
Our readers always aim to complete the session within the scheduled time unless an extension has been booked in advance. However, due to the natural flow of a reading, they may occasionally overlook the exact time. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the reading concludes within your booked duration unless you choose to request an extension by calling back on the mainline.
Where a consultation exceeds the original duration without a pre-booked extension, the additional time will be charged automatically at the next applicable rate.

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any consultation.
Readings are not guarantees of future outcomes.
Over-reliance on psychic services is discouraged. We reserve the right to limit session frequency if we feel it is in your best interests.

7. Disclaimers

All readings and consultations are provided for entertainment purposes only.
Consultants do not provide medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
No questions relating to health diagnoses, pregnancy, or death will be answered.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcome of any consultation.

8. Chargeback

In the event that a chargeback is raised by a customer who has legitimately used the services of The World of Psychics, the Company reserves the right to take all necessary steps to recover the monies owed for the reading.
Any additional costs incurred by The World of Psychics — including but not limited to fees imposed by merchant providers, payment processors, or recovery agencies — shall be the responsibility of the customer and may be added to the total amount owed.
The World of Psychics also reserves the right to suspend or permanently bar customers from accessing or purchasing services on our platform if a chargeback has been initiated against us.

9. Call Recording

For monitoring, compliance and quality assurance purposes, all calls to and from The World of Psychics may be recorded. Callers are notified of this before a recording begins. For more information on how call recordings are handled and retained, please see our Privacy Policy

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The World of Psychics and its consultants are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
