How can I book a phone reading session?

You can book a phone reading through your chosen readers’ profile page or you can book a session via Bookings page.

I am an international user, how do I pay for sessions in my local currency?

Unfortunately, our website backend does not support currency conversion. However, if you live outside UK and would like to book a session with one of our readers, you may choose to pay via PayPal. PayPal will allow you to convert the amount in your local currency and show exactly how much you will be charged by your bank for the transaction.

Do your readers offer psychic readings via email?

How can I leave a review for a reader?

Why do you ask for my details for a review?

This is to authenticate that the review is genuine and that you have had a reading with that particular reader in the recent past.

My review is not showing?

We periodically publish reviews on the website after ensuring that the review is genuine, has no personal information and does not contain any profane content. Once the are happy that a review follows these guidelines, we will publish them whether it is good or bad.

How does a reading purchase appear on my statement?

The reading will appear on your statement as “The World Of Psychics”

Do you offer 3 minute reading guarantee?

On rare occasions if you do not connect to a reader please polity ask them to end the session within the first 3 minutes into the reading. One of our team members will help you reschedule the appointment with another reader or offer a full refund.

I was on the line for more than 3 minutes but did not have a full reading.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any remaining minutes on your scheduled appointment. Refunds are only made for readings cancelled 24 hours before the appointment.

Can I extend the reading and pay for any extra minutes at the end of the call?

Each appointment is for a set duration and will have to be finished within the timeframe that it was originally booked for. However, if you would like to have a session extended, ring the main reception on +44 208 432 9457 or +1 332 699 4967 immediately after the original appointment and if a reader is available, a member of the team will help you book an extended session at a discounted rate.

What is the discounted rate for extended sessions?

Extension with Nish will cost 15 minutes - £30.30 | for 30 minutes - £50.50 | for 45 minutes - £75.75 | for 60 minutes - £90.90

Extension with all readers except Nish will cost 10 minutes - £20.20 | 20 minutes - £30.30 | for 40 minutes - £50.50 | for 60 minutes - £75.75

Will I have to use all the minutes I have paid for in one call?

Yes, unused minutes are not carried forward for the next session.

Why does a call drop or cut off during a reading?

On rare occasions, this could happen because of network issue. If a call gets cut off during a reading please call the main line +44 208 432 9457 or +1 332 699 4967 or +91 117 127 9553 and someone from the team will help you re-connect with your chosen reader for the remaining part of your session.

The line quality was bad can I get a refund?

If the issue persists, hang up and write to us at info@theworldofpsychics.com we can then listen to the call and make a decision.

Its been longer than 3 working days and I haven’t received the reading yet?

We would request you to first check the SPAM folder in case the email has been delivered there. If not, drop an email to info@theworldofpsychics.com and someone from the team will assist you within 24 hours. Please mention your order number in the email.
